The purpose of the Al Menah Temple Yoshi shrine club is to be a family oriented organization within the Temple formed to support the Temple, and the Shriner’s Hospitals of North America, while enjoying ourselves, supporting family values, and having relationships with families of fellow Nobles in a safe and secure family oriented organization.

Membership

  1. Yoshi Regular Membership is open to all Shriners in good standing,  from the ages of 18-50. Associate Membership is open to all Shriners in good standing, from the age of 51 +. Associate members may not vote or hold an office within the Yoshi Shrine Club, but all Shriners are encouraged to Join.
  2. All minor children of Yoshi Members are considered Child Members, and are required to pay no dues.
  3. In the event a female member of Yoshi becomes widowed, she is still a member as long as she desires, and will be governed by all applicable bylaws.
  4. Membership can be terminated by majority vote at any time if the group feels the actions, or attitude, of a member is not in line with the mission of Yoshi.
  5. Yoshi requires a one-time Initiation fee of twenty ($20) dollars.
  6. Dues are thirty ($30) dollars per year for all members

 

Membership applications can be obtained from any of the officers listed above

 

Meetings are held on the last Friday of the month unless an alter event has been scheduled by the club

 

All Members will be encouraged to participate in all Yoshi functions; Al Menah Shrine functions, as well as Al Menah Temple and Yoshi stated meetings. All members will understand that in order for the Al Menah Temple Yoshi to function, it requires strength in numbers, so supporting the group and purpose is necessary
